For
an evening on the town, many options await you.
Love music?
The Philharmonic Center for the Arts in Naples is
the premier performing arts hall in Southwest Florida,
hosting more than 400 events a year including world-class
dance, opera, classical and popular music. From Beethoven
to Broadway, in both large and small settings, you’ll
find it at the Phil.
Want to see a play?
You’ll find both serious drama and
musical comedy at the Philharmonic. The 1400+ seat
Philharmonic auditorium beautifully accommodates plays
with all the quality of the Broadway original. For
more intimate offerings, there is a smaller black
box facility called the Myra J. Daniels Pavilion.
While you're there, spend some time exploring the
Naples Museum of Art or any of the other galleries
that make their home in what residents affectionately
call "The Phil".
Downtown you can let the Naples Players
entertain you at Sugden Theatre, on Fifth Avenue South.
The Naples Players have been presenting high quality
productions for more than 53 years, with musicals,
comedies, dramas and children’s shows in a beautiful
theatre in downtown Naples. The Players also regularly
offer young people’s theatre courses and adult
theatre workshops.
